The China Patent Award is an honor jointly established by the National Intellectual Property Administration and the World Intellectual Property Organization, designed to encourage and recognize the outstanding contributions made by patent holders and inventors to technological innovation and socio-economic development. Established in 1989, the award has been recognized by the United Nations World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) and enjoys significant influence both domestically and internationally.

Since 2017, over the past five years, the China Mould Industry Association has continuously promoted and introduced the China Patent Award to the industry. At the same time, it has diligently organized, screened, and reviewed applications, recommending outstanding candidates for the China Patent Grand Award. Through these efforts, the association has made remarkable achievements in driving technological advancement within the mould industry.
According to Document No. Guozhifa Yunzi [2021] No. 18 dated June 25, 2021, “Decision of the National Intellectual Property Administration on Awarding the 22nd China Patent Awards,” six member units of the China Mold Industry Association have been awarded the “22nd China Patent Excellence Award.” Specifically, Xiamen Jianlin Healthy Home Co., Ltd. was awarded for its “Two-way Water-Outlet Switching System”; Jiangsu Jiuxiang Automotive Electrical Group Co., Ltd. was awarded for its “Method for Detecting Fingerprints Using Ultrasonic Waves and Biometric Robot System”; Guangdong Minglida Technology Co., Ltd. was awarded for its “Punching Die Device”; Guangzhou Xingqiang Mould Manufacturing Co., Ltd. was awarded for its “Vacuum Die Casting System”; UDE Precision Industry (Kunshan) Co., Ltd. was awarded for its “T-shaped Slotted Convex Embossing Mechanism”; Guilin University of Electronic Technology was awarded for its “Fast Positioning Method, Device, and Satellite Navigation Receiver for Satellite Navigation”; and SAIC-GM-Wuling Automobile Co., Ltd. was awarded for its “Automobile” in the 22nd China Design Patent Excellence Award.
