Guided by the principles of friendly consultation, strong-strong collaboration, and complementary advantages, both parties decided to collaborate on the project titled “Research on Numerical Simulation Technology for Ultra-Large Integrated Die Casting Processes.”
This collaboration will leverage the strengths of both parties, fostering scientific research, technological development, and talent exchange through a combination of industry, academia, and research. It aligns with the company’s development strategy. Leveraging South China University of Technology’s robust research capabilities and platform advantages, the company will further build up its portfolio of products and technologies, thereby enhancing its core competitiveness. Meanwhile, by engaging in academic and technical exchanges with South China University of Technology, the company will continue to improve its technological R&D and talent cultivation efforts, playing a positive role in driving future business growth and elevating its technological standards.
To promote this collaboration, Guangzhou Xingqiang and the School of Mechanical and Automotive Engineering at South China University of Technology have conducted multiple reciprocal visits and exchange meetings. In March 2023, Professor Xia Qinxian and her delegation from the School of Mechanical and Automotive Engineering at South China University of Technology visited Guangzhou Xingqiang for an exchange meeting. During the visit, both sides engaged in in-depth discussions on tackling key technological challenges and developing independent technologies for critical processes and equipment. In April 2023, Ma Guangxing, General Manager of Guangzhou Xingqiang, Wu Yaorong, Chief Engineer, and other members of the delegation traveled to South China University of Technology to hold detailed consultations on specific project matters, including technical requirements, pain points, and the promotion of technology transfer and commercialization.
We believe that through this collaboration, both parties will further deepen their cooperation in areas such as addressing industry-wide common challenges, incubating and promoting technological achievements, and building national-level innovation platforms, thereby achieving win-win outcomes and empowering the development of the integrated die-casting mold industry.
