Developed and manufactured entirely by our company, the country’s first domestically produced 6,000-ton large-scale rear-floor die-casting mold was successfully trial-produced at the customer’s site on November 18, 2021. The project received unanimous praise from both the customer and industry peers, exceeding expectations and laying a solid foundation for the development of domestically produced ultra-large integrated die-casting molds.

Our company is collaborating with Guangdong Yizhimi Precision Machinery Co., Ltd., a publicly listed enterprise, to jointly establish an R&D and testing base. This base is equipped with a DM3000T die-casting machine, complete vacuum-assisted systems, and mold temperature-control systems. It also features a spraying system manufactured by Germany’s BOHMER and is equipped with automatic part removal and spraying capabilities. Through this collaboration, we can provide our joint customers with a comprehensive solution that includes die-casting equipment, molds, processes, trial mold making, and prototype production.
